I understand and agree that the Open Up Retreat is not a substitute for professional therapy. I understand that I undertake activities (including yoga, meditation and breathwork) at my own risk and I acknowledge that while I am participating in the Retreat or at the location of the Retreat, I assume the risk of, and the responsibility for any injury or illness that I suffer, or property damage or loss however such injury, illness, death, loss, or damage may occur, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

I agree to release and indemnify the Releasees against all and any liability or claims arising out of or in connection with any illness, injury, death, property loss, or damage that I may suffer or incur directly or indirectly caused by the negligence, breach of duty, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty by the Releasees, or in any way whatsoever, while I am participating in the process or present on the premises where the Retreats is conducted to the extent permitted by applicable law.

I do not expect the experience to be a ‘magic bullet’ that will provide an instant fix for long-term problems I see in my life.

I understand that I may be refused participation at any point prior to or during the retreat if I am deemed unfit for participation, or if there are concerns for my safety, or the safety of the group."
